• Sippy Woodhead's 25-year-old record in the 800m freestyle (scm)
• Janet Evans' 1000y freestyle record
• Janet Evans' 1988 500y freestyle record

Kate also broke Janet Evans' 19-year old 1500m freestyle world record by almost 10 seconds.
