Peter Marshall gets the job done. At his first World Championships, his 400m freestyle relay team won gold in American-record time. Then, Peter took two individual medals. Finally, as the top two teams were swimming the 400-meter medley relay under world-record time, the Americans, with Peter in the third leg, finished first, setting a new world record.
