Jason Lezak has been the go-to guy on for U.S. relays since 1999. After he and the men’s 400m freestyle relay teams won silver at the 2000 Olympics and bronze at the 2004 Olympics, coaches turned to Jason to anchor the 2008 team. He didn’t disappoint. Jason’s split of 46.06 is the fastest ever in the sport. He powered to the wall earning gold in world-record time for the U.S.
