Mark Gangloff learns a lot at national and international competitions. Even between races. He wanted to stand on the podium at the 2005 Worlds, but just missed the 100m breast finals. Mark and his coach adjusted his stroke before the 50m breast prelims and Mark earned a silver medal in that event.
